God's timing and direction for "The Gathering Place"

God's timing and direction of this process, based on His provision though His people.
Mary and I have in mind three different phases that "The Gathering Place" might develop. By the same token, we do not wish to put God in a box. We wish His (God's) timing, and direction of this process, based on His provision though His people.
Here is a list of the needs we have identified so far for each phase.
Phase I-
Setup Expenses:
Check building foundation for repairs
OPEN signs(2)
Re-do outside signage
Large projector screen and/or TV
Coffee Pumps
Tea Pots
Folding doors for small meeting rooms
Removal of old fences
East side Outdoor slate seating
Outdoor tables and chairs
Fixed Expenses
Rent and expenses for the physical premises=$1,550.00 monthly. This amount includes mortgage payment, taxes, hazard and flood insurance, electricity, propane, water, sewer, and garbage service.
Variable Expenses:
Coffee, tea, snacks,and associated supplies
Phase II
Build walkway
Audio sound system
Very large cottonwood tree trimmed
Ice Maker
Phase III
Re-model kitchen into a commercial one with three sinks, freezer, and dishwasher
New Fences
Salaries for part-time employees
## In addition to the above items, we need your financial support to work in "The Gathering Place" on a regular basis instead of personal income from other employment.
